Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request '24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations - If you are unable to give your therapist a reasonable time of minimum 5 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% for your appointment fee.

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
