Following on from your Initial Health Coach session, we begin with the areas that need more focus, i will guide you with some of the best material and information for changes to take place. These sessions can take place in the outdoors, we can meet at your favourite cafe, the beach, and we can even take your dog for a walk. I don't confine people to 4 walls, health coaching is all about living. No Efpos available - Cash Only
