Service Description

We meet twice a month for a 6 months as part of a health coaching program. Also available over email in this time. We work at a steady pace to reaching your goals. You receive all the material you need to focus on your outcome Also available to be an outdoor session, at a beach or a cafe. The outdoors can bring out our best. What ever you enjoy. Cost is per month.

For cancellations 24 hours notice is appreciated. For no shows; full payment is required.
