This can be booked as a stand alone treatment 45minutes/ 60 minutes or combined into your Clinical Remedial session

MOBILITY GROUP SESSIONS

Involves freeing up our fascial web to unlock tightness around our joints and muscles. Pain free movement based stretching using the breathing.

Also Use of Swiss Ball, Stretch bars and Foam Roller and trigger point ball (all provided)
