We work through layers of your myo-fascia in movement based stretch and flow to create space around your joints to move more freely.
Blending in Strengthening movements to connect the dots.

I take you through a routine using mobility tools, stretch bars and the use a swiss ball to help give your body the freedom to move well.

Level 2 trained in Kinetic Link Training (KLT)
Is a precise and comprehensive functional strength and conditioning training system. The utilisation of an effective functional strength training system, such as KLT will assist you in achieving both specific and wholistic physical fitness. Developed by Wayne Rogers, a sports physiotherapist/ functional strength & conditioning coach and course presenter in Australia.
