A combination of techniques so you can address all positional and movement related soft tissue stiffness and joint restrictions.
I take you through a session to perform routine maintenance using Mobility Tools (spikey ball/ foam rollers, rubber bands), Fascial Stretching Techniques, Stretch Bars and the use a Swiss Ball to open up the body's Myo-fascia to create space around your joints to move more freely.
